The service I received from the law firm of Gary Bruce was very satisfying. They kept me posted of every detail filed and all settlements I was entitled to receive. Going through what I've gone through can be very stressful but it's good to know that the law firm of Gary Bruce handled my claim and letting me experience a stress free settlement. If I could give zero stars I would! I am currently receiving the worst treatment I have ever received from a lawyers office! Here I am 2 weeks and 4+ messages later and my lawyer Steffany still has not called or contacted me in any way! To add more insult to injury the front desk clerk Ashley felt it was ok to hang up on me while I was telling her my issues with my service smh!!! Then when i called back she proceeded to tell me that she was going to tell me that there is nothing that she can do but i wouldn’t stop talking for her to say it so she just hung up smh Oh how I wish I had called Mike Hostillo! ANY lawyers office would probably provide better service especially since I WAS HIT FROM BEHIND!!! Shouldn’t this be an easy one!!! Never again will I call The lawyers office of Gary Bruce he may be a good guy but from what I can see the people in his office aren’t and are completely overwhelmed!!!

I can't say enough good things about this law firm. But they went above and beyond everything I needed and I didn't have to do anything they kept me informed on everything that was happening with my case and I never had to deal with the hospitals or the insurance company. And I recommend anybody with accident claim to give them a call. And thanks to Ray and Brandon and there hard work I got a nice settlement.

Definitely giving them 5 stars! This was my first time being in an accident and Brandon and Rae helped me tremendously! Definitely helped make this an easy process, any answers I had they answered then and any concerns they addressed. They never made me doubt anything. And they did more than expected in the every aspect, and it took close to no time. Def don’t want any more accidents but if it happens I know who chan help me get what I deserve.
