This guy sold me out with the insurance company other attorneys told me my case was worth over $ 12,000 but they settled for $ 700 And that took over 2 years also I had to travel all over Alabama to get documents that they said they could not get...poor attorney.

I'm starting to think they do not care . I called yesterday to get an update....... Just an UPDATE! THE LAWYER AGAIN ASSURED ME SOMEONE WILL CALL WITH AN UPDATE ........................ NOTHING.......I got ABSOLUTELY ......... NOTHING AT ALL .... I'm frustrated our car isn't working right we have kids to care for and the ignore the clients and soak up the holidays ...must be nice ......

Find yourself another attorney. My husband and I were rear ended and it totaled our little car. Upon Mike Hostillo's office taking our case at first they were really good. Then they recommended that I had PT due to my injuries. After going and it not helping we had a hard time getting my records. Our caseworker would call the people leave a message then that was it. I would call a week later nothing she still hadn't heard back from them and told me to give it a few more days. I waited another week still nothing. I then had to take matters in my own hands calling people staying on the phone day in and day out just to get answers and then give them a choice to get my records or I would report them to the GA Medical Board. Only then did I finally get my records sent to the Columbus, Ga Office. If it weren't for me pushing people and demanding my records it would have taken a year because I waited on Mike Hostillo's office for 31/2 months to get my records when it only took me a week. Then when I got my settlement with my injuries I felt cheated. I went from walking to not being able to walk without the assistance of a walker only to be given a lower offer than what I should have been given for my back injuries. I asked our attorney, "What about my injuries? Surely we can get more?" Her excuse was that was a good offer. Only to find out after I agreed to the offer, that I could have gotten more. Also they lied to me. She gave me my offer then tells me they are going to work with the hospital to get my bill reduced by $2,000 so I assumed that would give me an additional $2,000. Upon picking up my check I didn't see it more and when I asked I was told that was how much it was with the reduction of my ER bill. So do yourself a favor and find a lawyer that will actually get you the money for your injuries that you deserve, call you back and do what they are supposed to otherwise, be prepared to do their jobs for them and pay them.

In 2017, I received a severe neck injury due to being rear ended. As a result, I had to have my neck surgically repaired. I immediately contacted Mike Hostillo and Associates. They gave me exceptional service throughout my entire case. The opposing party made several bad faith offers. Hostillo’s staff kept me encouraged. I have no personal experience with this law firm but if I had to choose one, this would be my first choice based on his quality of commercials. But! I know this is extremely shallow of me, but I must say, I absolutely detest the newest one Mike! I cannot turn the channel fast enough. This does make a difference in a person making up their mind sometimes, just so you know. I am not an old foggey either, fyi. All of the other lawyer commercials, I refuse to even listen to, I don't know their names. Thank you for hearing me through for what it's worth. Please take it off the air! Please.
