In what COULD have been a drawn out and ugly divorce, Scot Sikes accomished the divorce with speed, efficiency and kept everyone's dignity (and property) intact!

Uncontested divorce went smooth.

The Dissolution of a marriage is never a easy experience for either party. In times of emotional highs and lows you need a team of professionals on your side that have your best interest at hand. Helping me and my military fiancee get custody over his daughter, without a divorce case, so he is technically a single soldier parent and Scot still got us full temporary custody and our case for getting final custody is looking really good. They are not cheap, the fee we pay now is 300 dollars an hour, but we have experience with cheap lawyers and paying the extra fee is worth it, they work fast, are extremely friendly, keep you well informed, they know a lot of the judges and can get your paperwork in a way that works for you. I would specially recommend Scot to any military families even for a civilian case, because he is also licensed in military law he has a better understanding of there proceedings. and got our temporary custody order written in a way that we can move out of state without it effecting our case.

Garbage attorney. They did nothing for my divorce except request more money. When I requested a breakdown of my retainer they requested to be removed as council. I reviewed a summons in the mail to appear in court about my divorce, so I called Sikes and they told me either the divorce had been settled or I was supposed to go to court.......ummm I didn't settle, so.....They then asked me for a court retainer. They never submitted my paperwork that I produced for discovery. My new attorney said that they basically did nothing. They take advantage of military. I was stationed in Korea when majority of this s going on. Also, between his bipolar wife and lazy paralegal, nothing will happen except a lot of drama. Please avoid at all cost. I highly recommend Scot and his staff. The ladies in the office are wonderful and are full of knowledge that will help ease your mind while going through a difficult court battle. Scot is top notch, and being prior active service and current reserve gives him an upper hand when dealing with cases involving military matters/soldiers.
