Attorney Jephonne Roy came into my life in 2021, shortly after the birth of my son. At the time, my son's father had abandoned the responsibility of caring for him physically and financially. I searched high and low for a family attorney that would fight on behalf of my son's best interest. After speaking with several attorneys, I was referred to Attorney Roy by a mutual friend and let me tell you, she was a God send. From the time Jephonne took my case, there was never a moment where I felt like I was in the dark. Attorney Roy was very responsive. She gave me the good, the bad, and the ugly, on possible outcomes making it clear throughout that she would fight for me. She was always available night and day whether it was to answer any questions or provide case status updates. Jephonne was able to get my child support/custody case over the finish line in a matter of months with some added protections for myself and my son without having to step foot in a court room. Fast forward to 2023, I needed Attorney Roy once again, this time for a child support modification case. She worked her legal magic once again getting the upward increase that we were seeking despite the opposition we faced from the other side. Jephonne is not only fierce, but she's also genuinely compassionate and that's not a trait you can find amongst many attorneys! Hire Her Before They Do I have been to court with Jephonne on three different occasions and quite frankly there is no one else I would want representing me. DON'T GO TO COURT WITHOUT A JEPHONNE! I don't have enough space to write in detail all of the wonderful things about Attorney Jephonne Roy. My case was complicated. She was my 7th attorney in a case that had been in 2 states for, at that time, 5 years. I consulted a firm in 2019 that attorney Roy worked for, and my case was given to her. She has been my attorney since that time and will continue to be MY attorney. Today is the one-year anniversary of the end of our FOUR-day trial that ended 8 years of harassment! Jephonne Roy diligently prepared for my case while keeping me informed of everything she planned on addressing in court. She allowed me to be an active participant in the process as well. During the four exhaustive days, she was nothing less than amazing, incredible, outstanding, ...top notch litigator!!
