Excellent Public Defender

Interesting how my negative review disappeared. In 2018 Mr Simmons represented me in a divorce case. He gladly accepted my 25K retainer, but never gave me a representation letter. About 2 years later as things were wrapping up and I brought complaint against him with GA Bar Association, he presents an agreement letter I NEVER SAW, NOR SIGNED. He never presented the original of this document as evidence as I requested. The bar association that presides over these cases is group of 3, 2 being attorneys. Now who do you think is going to win??? Bottom line, you may think your attorney is on your side, but in all reality, he is on HIS side. Get everything clearly stated in writing and be cautious of what you sign. Electronic forgery is all too easy and common and if you are a victim, the Bar Association is not there to help you. Yes, I could hire another Attorney to sue him, but how much would that cost?

This has been my Lawyer for years. He is very knowledgeable.

Do not hire! I would give negative stars if I could!

Henry is a bulldog in the courtroom and a awesome man to know.

Most unprofessional Lawyer and illegal in his doings especially when wills of deceased persons are involved.
