Great injury Law Firm

My daughter and I have hired Spaulding Injury Law after a car accident. They have been very helpful in getting my van paid for and helping us with medical care.

After stepping into an uncovered drain hole, I suffered a serious ankle injury that tore two ligaments. My ankle was in poor condition for a year, making work extremely difficult. Eventually, I opted for surgery to repair it, which required taking 8 weeks off from work. I sought legal assistance from Spaulding and Associates, and I was thoroughly impressed. Ted Spaulding was outstanding—he patiently answered numerous calls before we decided to proceed. He was kind, transparent, and explained everything clearly, including the pros and cons of settling versus going to court, the process for receiving my expenses, and the potential timeline. Now that my case is closed, I would like to share that I would not recommend Spalding Injury Law, nor would I ever contact them again, if necessary, in the future. Lack of communication/follow-up from start to finish (3 years), shuffled to different attorneys, and significant paralegal turnover throughout the process, was very frustrating. Also, when final bill was sent, it was very vague and did not include detailed line item descriptions. Overall, I felt as though they did not have my best interests at hand and I only wish I knew then, what I know now.

I can’t praise this law firm enough! Mr. Spaulding and his staff took care of everything for me. They are probably one of the most personal and genuine businesses I have ever dealt with. Their customer service goes above and beyond! Highly recommend them.
