We utilized Bascom to create a new Power of Attorney for my father who had recently moved from Florida to Georgia. Everyone we dealt with, from the receptionist to the attorney, was very professional. They explained the document to us in detail and made the signing process quick and simple. We would definitely use them again.

Bascom has been great to work with. They have been responsive, ready to meet with us when we arrive, have our names showing on the screen in the meeting room, are generous to offer water/drink while waiting, and do a good job of keeping serious and important matters like estate planning manageable - with recommendations and guidance - that is simple enough for the uninitiated to follow along and feel comfortable making key decisions that will affect their family for future generations.

In the process of our estate planning, updating our trust and wills. Working with Mike and Brad has been a great experience. It's a load off our shoulders knowing that our desires will be carried out, and our loved ones won't have to make difficult decisions during stressful times on our behalf. Keeping them out of probate court, and keeping the government out of dictating where our assets go, is also a plus!

My husband and I have been married for 30 years and have not had a formal will or power of attorney or living will this whole time. Fortunately we haven't needed them.
