Our financial planner strongly recommended that we create an estate plan. My father in law had Bascom Law create his estate plan and he was very pleased with the services and guidance they provided.
The process was very easy, starting with information sharing on a Zoom call and some counseling by Mike Bascom.
We met in person today with Brad Bascom and he provided valuable insights that helped distill down a lot of complex information.
We are happy to have the peace of mind that comes with having a thorough estate plan, along with the follow up support into the future.

I and my father recently had Bascom Law prepare his estate planning of his Will, Power of attorney, advanced directive. They were professional and quickly had everything prepared. Also giving him a book to even make other things easy for when the time comes to follow his wishes. DAD and I thank them so much. Brad Bascom handled our business and concerns. Even ones we didn't think of. Highly recommend their services.

Bascom provided exemplary counsel in assisting us with our estate planning.
