Our first meeting was with Mike Bascom. We were interested in creating a will and trust. He explained the difference and importance of each. We proceeded to answer his questions regarding our preferences and beneficiaries. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We were able to make informed decisions on who should be our trustees and how our assets should be distributed. Our next meeting was with Brad Bascom. He went through and explained our final trust plan, section by section making sure it met our needs and fulfilled our wishes. He was very thorough. There were a few changes to be made so he made notations. He said we'd be notified when the Trust was ready. We went to pick up our trust a few days later. Brad met with us and reviewed the changes. All the information was correct. Mike, Brad and their staff were so professional and friendly. They made the process so easy . Mike and Brad take a fairly complex issue and explain it in a way that a non-lawyer can understand-like me. The process is refined, flows very well and you are never rushed at their office. Today we spent a fair amount of time reviewing the "green book" which is one of the most thorough and comprehensive documents that I have ever seen. We are relieved that this process is complete, and all we have to do now is follow their thorough list to complete the process.
