I’m a senior citizen needing end of life documents. I found Bascom Law that specializes in elder law, Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning. Mike was very knowledgeable on the subject, very personable and accommodating. He explained everything in terms I understood and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It had been too many years since I had my will updated so I decided it was time. My sister had died without having a will and there has been big problems with her sizable estate. I didn't know who to go to until Brad had come out to my place to help with some fallen trees and we got to talking. I made an appointment and with the Will I feel my estate will be handled just the way I want it to be handled and not left up to anyone else's decisions. I also got a Power of Attorney and a Health Care Directive to tie it up in a nice little package. I feel so much better now about my estate and that after I die my things will be distributed to my loved ones just the way I wanted them to. Bascom and Sons has put my heart at rest with their guidance and experience.
