If i could rate it lower, i would. Mr. Hamilton needs to go back to law school. He wants my husband to take a domestic violence case to trial. And for me to get in front of a jury and lie and say that he never hit me. Just to get the charges dismissed on my husband. So he justified that it's ok to hit a woman if you ask me. He needs God in his life just like most of forsyth county. And if he can't win a case by not coercing someone to lie, then he needs to reevaluate the field of work he is in.

Made the whole process easy and took care of business.

Worst lawyer ever. I had to continue to remind my lawyer who I was and what my case was about even on the day of court. I lost my case and the lawyer never said a word and didn't even know what the judge ordered once court was over I don't think he was paying attention during court

I truly love the people at Hamilton Law. Frank, Jim, Ruslyn, Kelly and Phyllis are more than just somebody at a law office, they are family. Making a recommendation on a movie or restaurant is nothing like making a recommendation on a law firm. It's much more serious. Life won't always go like you want and you may need someone in your corner to help fight legally to protect yourself and/or the ones you love. Great family law and divorce practice

Frank was an absolutely horrendous lawyer. He was so terrible that to this day we are convinced there must have been some kind of inside job. He didn't get us anything from the divorce - extrodinarily high child support, next to no assets, no holidays, he couldn't even get rotating pick up drop off. Pick up drop off should be the easiest 50/50 decision and yet he couldn't even give us that. He was an utter scam and who tried to get us kicked out of the court house when we asked questions he didn't want to answer. He actually got the sheriff to warn my girlfriend because he said she wasn't allowed to ask questions since she's not the client - despite the fact that I told him she could speak for me and ask questions. It was truly a traumatizing experience, so if you're looking for a divorce lawyer, look ANYWHERE else besides this firm.
