Lack of responsiveness and poor customer service
“I would give less than 1 star if possible. We have been calling for a month, with no call back. No call from an assistant, receptionist, etc. Very unprofessional, poor customer service.”

Difficulty reaching the firm
“I needed an estate attorney to help with a multi-million dollar estate and had to leave a voice message for a call back. Two days later did not receive a phone call so I called again. Receptionist put me through to I don't know where and was disconnected called the main number one more time and it went right in to voice mail.”
