I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Stidham and I can highly say I would recommend his service work to anyone that’s needs a professional and very well understanding attorney. We met with Randy Meincke. He listened to our needs, what we currently had in place, before offering suggestions. He was very easy to work with, supplied documents by email so we could review and make any corrections. He answered our questions as they arrived. Although he met our expectations in our case, his prices were exorbitant for the amount of time he expended.

Jacob came to our aid when our previous landlord’s insurance company brought a subrogation case against us and our insurance company decided they didn’t cover this claim. He was very straightforward from the beginning that these kinds of cases can sometimes cost more to litigate than to settle, but was supportive of our decision not to settle. Jacob walked us through the process and kept us appraised as events unfolded. He made his best effort to keep costs contained and gave us his honest opinion every time we needed to make decisions on how to proceed. When we ended up going to court, he thoroughlu prepared us for how things would proceed and did a great job mounting our defense. Even during the tense time we were waiting for a decision, I had every faith that Jacob had presented the best case he could have presented. And luckily, we won.
