Jacob came to our aid when our previous landlord’s insurance company brought a subrogation case against us and our insurance company decided they didn’t cover this claim. He was very straightforward from the beginning that these kinds of cases can sometimes cost more to litigate than to settle, but was supportive of our decision not to settle. Jacob walked us through the process and kept us appraised as events unfolded. He made his best effort to keep costs contained and gave us his honest opinion every time we needed to make decisions on how to proceed. When we ended up going to court, he thoroughlu prepared us for how things would proceed and did a great job mounting our defense. Even during the tense time we were waiting for a decision, I had every faith that Jacob had presented the best case he could have presented. And luckily, we won. Jacob was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend the Stidham Law Firm.

Eric Tatum is very professional and gets the job done for you and also was cheaper than any other attorneys. I used him for a case in rockdale and gwinnett. He had so much pull in both counties and always kept me posted on my cases. I will use Eric and would recommend him to anyone. He's honest and is straight up with you. No BS !
