Eric and Beth made my divorce case a priority even when I didn’t. It’s easy to get caught up in the drama of the details, but they did a great job keeping me on track and focused on the bigger picture and end result in order to get through it, despite my own constant and severe procrastination. Highly recommend!!!

I hired Eric Tatum for my custody case, which by far wasn’t an easy one. Both my kids were taken from me unfairly and Eric took on the case. Eric and his paralegal Beth were very responsive to all my inquiries and never made any promises. They were honest and open about what could or could not happen. My case hit a stop when the pandemic hit but Eric never stopped working. He was able to get an emergency zoom hearing during covid to get me visitation to see my two children. And continued to work until the case was resolved in a manner that was acceptable. Although not cheap- you get what you pay for and I would highly recommend this office for your legal needs.

I must admit, I believed the hype of the "ONE CALL" law firms and reached out to them first when I was involved in an accident. The larger, "ONE CALL" firm didn't take the time to listen to my case and were quick to dismiss it as not worth their their time. I reached out to Parker McFarland who took the time to meet and listen to me. What impressed me most was that after explaining what had happened, Parker instructed his assistant to immediately start working on finding and preserving evidence. Parker and his assistant were very diligent and kept me updated throughout the process. It was clear that they wanted to get me the care that I needed to recover from the accident. This is a professional firm that truly cares about the well being of their clients.

I thought I could do this myself. Don’t fall for this. Having an attorney represent you for even a minor event is imperative. Parker McFarland was able to resole my insurance claim and relieve my anxiety quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Banks, Stubbs and McFarland if you find yourself in a situation which would benefit from their legal expertise.
