Horrible. Their team approach sounds great at first until you’re paying for 4-5 people to review documents that have mistakes. Then they charge you to fix their mistakes!!! You’re also charged for frequent team progress meetings even when there’s no movement being made in your case. We paid tens of thousands of dollars for no results, careless mistakes and to be disrespected. At one point while asking questions Alexis had the audacity to say “clearly you don’t understand this process”. Which is absolutely correct, but I’m paying for you to guide me through this NOT belittle me. If I understood the dynamics of family law I wouldn’t need any attorney! She also blindsided me at mediation which was infuriating considering we spent an hour on the phone the day prior discussing our game plan. I couldn’t be more relived that we found new counsel. Dealing with Alexis and her team made an already stressful situation unbearable. After retaining new counsel we were able to achieve the outcome we wanted in less than a month and at a fraction of the cost. I asked to speak with a manager 4x. I have yet to hear from anyone…maybe this will get their attention.

My legal team was the best! The firm was transparent about cost upfront before I even signed up with them. I did have some invoice questions along the way but Samantha always answered my questions and even responded on weekends! You get what you pay for and this is the firm you want in your corner!
