I have dealt with Ethan and his team at Miles Hansford and found them to be very professional, punctual and on the mark. Land rezoning is never a straightforward matter and can be full of surprises and unexpected bumps. Ethan, Tracy and Sarah helped us take the guessing out of it by keeping us well informed of the steps and timetable of the key events along the way.
We have had 2 cases successfully navigated by Ethan and the Team and have just commsisioned them to embark on our 3rd land rezoning app.
