Shocked! There is no other way than to put. Attorney Epps represented me in a Hall County case. I was facing some pretty serious fines and possibly even probation. On the day of court, Attorney Epps showed up and showed out! He met with the solicitor, argued my side, and got me a reasonable offer. I was able to pay my fine and walk on out of there in a position to put this case behind me. I am so glad I found him, and he is by far the best at what he does! Thank you for taking my case and helping me put this case in my rearview mirror.

It takes a lot to impress me in this world, but I would highly recommend Mr. Epps for any case involving the complexity of DFCs, child advocate atty, and prosecuting officials when you have been or will be facing separation from your children. When it became apparent the initial atty that I hired to secure the return of our children to our home was incapable of doing the job, I hired Mr. Epps who secured the return of our children in ten days. After that he gave straight advice on my pending criminal charges weighing pros and cons of the prosecutors offer to pled to lesser charges which I agreed to. I would hire Mr. Epps again.

The team and attorney Epps were very knowledgeable about the situation, what can happen, what my options were. 2. The documentation process was fantastic and easy. 3. Since it was a very stressful situation for me, I needed some feedback about the timing and possible issues. The team was great about giving me timely feedback. It is always in your best interest to get the most experienced defense attorney you can and one that is the most familiar with the area your charges are in. Especially when you are charged with anything(no matter how seemingly minor) in Forsyth County. Beware of getting in any legal trouble purposely or not here. They are not very negotiable. Thankfully I had Kyle in my corner to at least get one of my charges dropped and negotiate sentencing for the second. He has a wide range of experience in the legal system, especially in Forsyth. Again, do not get in any trouble in Forsyth, especially involving a local if you are not one. If you do get in trouble in this county, do not expect an understanding prosecution. In most places, but especially in Forsyth , all they care about is padding the number of convictions they get. Contact this law firm if you do get in trouble. You may be shocked at the rigidness in Forsyth, but Mr. Epps will be your best shot at defense and negotiations with the prosecution. I’m glad I made the right choice!!!

Kyle was nothing but amazing to have as my lawyer! He always answered every question I had (which was a lot) and made sure I was up to date with everything going on.
