Mr. Cummings is a profound practitioner of law. A lawyers job is to dissect the grammar, logic, and rhetoric of the case, person, and state. Phillip Cummings, did this well; Aristotle would of been proud. Mr. Cummings never ceased to be well dressed, well articulated, well received, and well educated.
