I hired him for my son on a major felonie case. Over the 3 years it took to go to trial he met with my son for maybe 30 minutes and he never brought the offered deals to him or anyone. He and I found out after he was convicted that they even existed. Now he has a ridiuclously long sentence and won't be out until well after Banks is gone.

Every case is different, but i couldn't have asked for better results from Mr. Banks. He took a 2nd DUI to court and got a Not Guilty. He saved my CDL's, me jailtime, and saved me a lot if headache. He got several motions passed that were key in my case. Not to mention, he had some excellent arguments in the courtroom. He will steer you in the right direction, as how to handle your case, and do his best to resolve the matter in your best interest. He was able to lift some weight off my shoulders and i would definetly recommend him.
