Robert is a pitbull of a lawyer he will fight for you and get results and it doesn't hurt that he's a man that cares!

In July 2019, a work accident caused a compression fracture of one of my vertebrae which essentially ended my ability to do my current job. After months of struggling, I chose to retain Elliot Bourne in January of 2020. He arranged for my ongoing care to be managed by a doctor who wasn't just trying to push me back to work. Elliott also facilitated countless weeks of physical therapy and multiple non-surgical procedures to help with my pain. At no point was I ever pressured to take a low settlement, plus Elliot, as well as Angela (the firm's paralegal) always kept me informed during every stage of the process. I truly cannot thank the Bourne Law Firm enough for literally having my back for the last four years.
