I hired Mr. Carpenter after I was rear-ended by a large commercial truck and I am so glad that I did. He and his staff walked me through the process and helped me recover a more than fair settlement. I would definitely hire him again!

I have used this Law Firm for numerous lawsuits when I have been treated unfairly from car accident to workers comp and they have always been informative, knowledgeable, diligent in getting my money and also giving me choices. I have and will always recommend them and they are very personable where you know they care.

I gave birth to my daughter via c-section and unfortunately, a sponge was left in my abdomen by the nurse. I ended up developing a pretty bad infection that required another surgery to remove a portion of my intestines. That is when I hired Shannon. He was able to negotiate a very satisfactory settlement on my behalf with the Hospital in a very short time. I hired Shannon to help me out with an issue that I was having with my own insurance company. I had been trying to handle it myself for almost a year and was getting absolutely no where. Once I hired Shannon, it took him about a month to maneuver the red tape and get to the right person at the insurance company. I had my check shortly thereafter. Mr. Carpenter was excellent to work with - he called when he said he would call, sent packages out as he said and arrived when they were expected and returned my calls in a timely manner. He really looked out for us and made sure the insurance companies didn't take advantage of us and that all of our medical bills were taken care of in a expedient manner and all were paid. It was nice to work with him and with an attorney who kept us informed on our case and we always felt he was looking out for our best interest.

it has been almost a year since I was rear ended while sitting at red light. It turned my world upside down and I was very thankful for having opportunity to meeting/hiring Mr. Shannon Carpenter with Sammons & Carpenter Law Firm. It was a complete coincidence how I came to pick this law firm but it paid off, someone guided me. I have never dealt with lawyers and so when I looked in phone book there were so many names. When I seen Sammons & Carpenter I picked them because my boyfriends last name is Carpenter so I called them, thinking this is crazy but I didn't have a clue about any of them so this kinda gave me something that was different from others. Well I couldn't imagine a better experience than I had with Mr. carpenter. He met with me immediately after my call and even met me half way because I knew nothing about Atlanta other than I didn't like driving in all that traffic. He was very detailed and patient with me as he described the process of how auto accident cases were handled. He gave me instructions for me to go by, like faxing him all documents, giving all persons involved his number so he could handle everything, and most important to call him anytime with questions I had for him. There were several occasions he would be calling me from his home while he was engaged with his family. I think that states how dedicated he is to his clients. He stayed in constant contact with me at least once a week, several times it was a lot more than that. He always called with any new developments or information whether or not it reflected on things i was taking care of completing. He recommended doctors for me that would allow me to see them for my injuries and not expect payment until I settled. Towards the end of everything and the insurance people were dragging feet I explained to him I was just ready for it all to be done and over. And not surprised it was settled in no time as he got it all rushed up and completed. When the check finally came, he took it upon hisself to actually bring it to me at my work because he knew how I was struggling with misfortunes that we're going on in my life. Please understand I am not saying he will drive all over Georgia to deliver settlements or do the consultation so please don't hire him with that in mind. I am simply stating how he went the extra mile in my situation as a single mother of three working all I can with very little time for anything else. He understood that and did what he could to make it less stressful for me. What really stood out with Mr Carpenter was how he managed to juggle his busy work schedule and take care of his family as he does. I didn't kno this until the very end but he was also dealing with family matters of sick wife and then the everyday obstacles with his children. He is very easy to talk to as well as understand when he is discussing work. To make a long story semi-short, I am completely satisfied with the services performed by Shannon Carpenter and will be using him again with out a doubt if the situation ever arises, but praying that it doesn't arise. Even though I hired his law firm as a joke with the last names, it turned out that he will forever have me as a client. Highly recommended and referred. I have never met Mr Sammons but from the way Mr Carpenter talks so highly of him I am positive he has the same traits as Mr. carpenter.
