Inconsistent communication and responsiveness
“We experienced very poor communication throughout the process. I emailed the assigned paralegal multiple times about closing details, and when I spoke on the phone with her she was completely clueless about everything we emailed about.”

Lack of transparency in pricing
“They don't have a simple pricing sheet. They give u an online link to get basic closing costs and I have to enter all my personal details almost fill in 20/25 fields to get basic pricing break down sheet. Why so they need client details, property address etc just to give a basic pricing ball park. Ridiculous.”
