I had a terrible accident and Chris was amazing at helping me through the situation . He explained everything well and helped me get what I deserved after the accident. He also communicated well and explained everything clearly.

Forgets deadlines, misses details, try's to cheat through the system, unorganized. Does not communicate with clients well at all.

We contacted attorney back on 04/12/22 requesting representation to collect some past dues. He advised that he could help and provide our company with letters on his behalf to represent. That we would need to fill them out and he would let us be able to collect using his business- It would make it more precise and honorable to have an attorneys letterhead in a collection letter. We sent the $400 he requested and as of today we have not received any letters or information promised. I did get to speak to him last week in which he stated that letters were sent out!!! but we have never provided any information regarding our customers. He also stated that he was on his way!!!!- To where I have no idea as we have never scheduled anything.
