Tom Ford refused to review the discovery for my case. I'm not sure how an attorney can defend you without reviewing the evidence. He did not inform me of court dates and I almost missed one. On another occasion he called me to inform me of the court date 30 minutes before it started when I live an hour away. On one occasion he called me screaming cuss words at me over and over and wouldn't even let me talk and then hung up on me. He was extremely unprofessional and just wanted to try to pressure me to accept a horrible plea deal that included prison time - WITHOUT even reviewing the evidence. Finally I fired him and when I asked for a copy of my file to give to a new attorney he said he didn't have one - that it was all in his head. The new attorney was able to actually review the evidence and negotiate probation for me. If I had stayed with Tom Ford I would be in prison right now.

Mr Ford established his authority with unrelenting thoroughness. In the face of severe opposition, My son facing was 40 years with 3 strikes/major offenses and walked away serving 5 years, which is unprecedented in his case. Mr Ford is very confident and does not play. Walk the walk with him and he will see you through it till the end. From the beginning I new God led me to him. Thank you again Mr Ford

Mr. Ford was the worst thing that could have happened to my case. My life is tarnished for bogus charges stuck to my plea deal. Where I should have been guilty of only one charge. It was a take the plea or else situation which it was impossible for me to win at trial. The parole board even released me years ahead of my scheduled release due to a more diligent & professional attorney that presented my case and the parole board learned the truth and did what they felt was right. Not only did he take my family’s money, he was poor at communicating. I do not know how he handles lesser charges but if your charges are serious.. PLEASE SEARCH ELSEWHERE!!

I paid Tom Ford 1000 to represent me in my case for possession with intent to distribute, he is not the best at communication. But once my Courtney arrive nine months later, he showed up and took care of my case and got two felony charges dropped and I only had A possession charge misdemeanor, that will go away in one year completely. Tom can be rude and cocky at times but he did his job that’s all that matters

Do not hire this lawyer my case was dragged on forever because he always had some matter that was above mine. I ended up having to settle and take the deal because I didn’t feel confident in him being my lawyer and couldn’t afford another one. He said he he could trailer my case it would be only 1000 I ended up paying him another 1500 to go trial which we never did and then when speaking about going to trial he said I would need to pay him another 1500 and when I said I already did he stated because of the court dates i would need to pay him more. Mind you he showed up for about two of these court dates . He never really even knew what was going on with my case . Didn’t file the necessary paperwork I almost got a warrant out for my arrest because he assured me he would show up for court and did not and then I had to go fix the problem which he was supposed to fix . When I brought up that I already paid him he said he would go trial for free but it wasn’t free cause I already paid him for the service I never got. Then when speaking about trail again he said we would need to sit down and go over the case and I would have to pay him for that ( isn’t he suppose to already know about the case ) so due to all of these I didn’t feel confident in going to trial with him he didn’t seem to care about my case. He is prob good for high paying customers but doesn’t seem to care About the little cases. So basically I’m out of 1500 because he felt like he did a lot which he didn’t. Chose some one else trust me. My case went on for a year because he could never make court dates.

I give all praises for Tom Ford, my Grandson was facing maybe 10 years in prison, Mr. Ford was up front from the beginning. He let us know this was going too be a hard case, He treated this case as if it was his own son's life. Because of Mr Fords hard work and the passion that he has for what he does my grandson received 120 days in Juvenile Detention. If anyone wants a compassionate, caring understanding lawyer and a winner choose Attorney Tom Ford.

I was faced with 2 2nd degree felony charges due to my ex cheating on me in our home in Douglasville Georgia for putting ketchup up on the walls. I've been homeless because of this whole issue and without Tom by my side my revolutionary soul would have been defeated and jailed for years because I have no family friends or support. He got one charge dropped and the other knocked down to a misdemeanor and probation for 1 year. He LiTERALLY is the best thing that happen to me. 10 STARS! HiRE THiS LAWYER HE GETS SHiZNiT DONE !!

Mr. Ford knows what he is doing. When I was worried, and I worry alot, he would talk me out of it. I have a history, and was facing 1 felony and 2 misdemeanors. He was very positive from the start, and very smart. He never had a doubt from the start. Today, all 3 charges were dismissed! Yes dismissed. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't hire Tom!!! He is an excellent attorney, and I will and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone...

I hired Mr. Ford for my son's criminal case, he assured me not to worry that my son would be fine. He was right, after waiting a year on the system the case was dismissed. Mr. Ford was always available when I had a question and was willing to do what needed to be done. I would highly recommend his services.

Mr. Ford recently represented me in a civil matter. He was able to resolve it within 3 days without court! Other attorneys, the police and myself could not get results in 6 months. Mr. Ford is persuasive, intelligent, a true expert in the law, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his services to anyone at anytime. I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT CONSULTING THIS LAWYER. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND RESEARCH. I had a simple drinking ticket. Solicitor offered me a deal I did not think was fair. I sought outside counsel, settled on Tom because he assured me he could get this mattered resolved with no punishment, or maybe a small fine. I paid him about 2.5 times what others quoted me. Did not hear from him for months. Get a call, he said he got me a deal that was acceptable to me. Said he would send the paperwork. No paperwork came. Months later, another offer. $500 more than the previous. I asked to see the paperwork. He did not respond. Months passed again. He told me that now all I needed to do was get an evaluation saying I didn't have a problem. I told him I would be on vacation and couldn't get it done in 2 weeks. I now have a failure to appear that I found out about in the mail. Contacted Tom. He was very rude and disrespectful, saying a 5th graded understood more than I did. Not only did he get me a failure to appear, but come to find he could not even get me a better deal than I could've gotten myself. I had no choice but to fire him and seek other counsel.

I first hired Tom when I was a senior in college and was cited for a DUI downtown (on my birthday!). He got reduced to reckless, and at a fee a College student could afford. Some years later a series of bad decisions had me caught up in a much more serious drug case. Tom was able to get my car - seized by the city - back for me, and ultimately the case was dismissed. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome and I never had the feeling he was judging me, which I did get with other attorneys.
