I was nervous about filing chapter 7 and was unsure about which way to go and I made my appointment and went down to the firm and I have never been made to feel more comfortable or at ease. Tini has been with me every step of the way and I could not have asked for a better attorney. Her knowledge and experience of the process has made this a very painless process. I would recommend them to all my friends or colleagues.

Elizabeth has been great! She is very responsive. She explains everything without using a lot of legal jargon. Willing to answer questions, and find answers if she doesn't have then right then. And, when our case got unexpectedly complicated, she was right there finding us the best solution for my family. Many, many thanks to Elizabeth Mitchell and team!!!

I have been fortunate enough to work for Elizabeth on many different occasions, beginning as an intern in high school. She and her two law partners are great. She always went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my duties, and my work at Bournakis & Mitchell, PC, prepared me more than expected to join the workforce. I can say honestly that Elizabeth has a passion for her clients. I was a impressed, and a little shocked, that she is available 24 hours a day via text and email.
