I highly recommend the Mcmahan law firm Julie was always returning my calls, always answering my questions, and if she didn’t know the answer, she would ask Seth and they would always get the answer that I need very very very well done in my case

After experiencing a very stressful situation, I called around to NUMEROUS law firms in the MD/VA/DC area and found Arjun Murahari. He specifically referred me to Seth Holliday and said I wouldn't regret reaching out to him and he was right. Being in a tight knit situation with limited time, I reached out to Seth around 6PM at night and he got back to me immediately and MADE TIME to talk with me at 10PM. He walked me through everything I needed to know, and everything I needed to do which really eased my stress and tension in regards to my situation. Seth ensured me this situation would get handled and taken care of. He was right. Seth was very patient, considerate and empathetic towards my situation. You can know the law, and be a great lawyer - but when you combine these skills with emotional intelligence and have the capacity to be empathetic to your clients situation it changes the ball game. THEN when my situation had changed, he was again - patient, empathetic and understanding. IF I am EVER am in this situation again - I know who I am going directly to without hesitation or question. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my case because Seth and his team are the real deal and they are worth whatever penny they charge. Five stars & this review isn't enough to explain how GRATEFUL I am for this law firm. Thank ya'll for everything - truly.

McMahan Law Firm took and won my case, in spite of its complexity. Janine kept me informed throughout and her kind manner helped ease the stress of the process. Dakota was thorough in his representation of me and succeeded in gaining a settlement that was otherwise difficult to obtain.

I am pleased to write a review for McMahan Law Firm. Mr. Holliday was strongly recommended to me by a close friend who practiced for many years and referred cases to Mr. Holliday's firm with successful client outcomes. I needed professional expertise so I contacted him. Mr. Holliday responded to me very quickly and said they could help. I worked mostly with Ms. Howard, a paralegal who was the primary contact on my specific case. All of the communication was handled remotely since they are located in Georgia and I'm on the East Coast. This was never an issue so for anyone that might be concerned about not seeing them face-to-face, it was not at all necessary. In the beginning, Mr. Holliday even took time to personally speak to me on the phone regarding several questions I had. He provided honest, direct answers and set reasonable expectations. I did not feel rushed and we did not hang up until all my questions were answered. This was when I knew I had found the right advocate! Those who have had experience with an insurance appeal know that you need to be very patient and provide as much information as possible to those working on your behalf upfront. Not only does this help expedite the matter, but it also can contribute to a positive outcome. They can only help you based on what you tell them. While it took longer than I hoped, this was not the firm's fault. It's just a long process that caused me anxiety, but I did have comfort knowing that whenever I had a question I'd get a quick response. I truly appreciate all the efforts of this firm (and especially Ms. Howard) who were successful with my case. Thank you!

I was well informed about what was going on with both of my cases every step of the way! The most important thing is that they treated me with kindness & care. I was treated like a human being not just a payday! Julie went above & beyond to check on me. Literally just to see how I was doing & feeling. Seth and Dakota explained every process before, during, & after my case. I had something very traumatic happen during the process of my case.
