Our family had a real estate closing with Harvard Kranzelin. He was very courteous and he took the time to explain the deed process with family members. It was a good transaction. The staff were also respectful. I would definitely recommend this law firm.

Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. He helped me in a very efficient and timely manner, and accommodated to my situation. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.

I have only had interaction with Harvard. He may be a good attorney for paying folks, but he did some pro-bono work for my mom and he didn't impress me much. At one time he told her to "figure it out, I'm not fooling with it." The judge, however felt that he was "going to fool with it." and she told him to fix it and gave him 2 weeks to have everything done for her. Moma and me both begged him to at the very least explain to me how to fill out the document and he wouldn't even do that. Truth of the matter is the issue we were there for should have been resolved 2 years ago and we shouldn't have been there in the first place. Honestly I only gave him 3 stars because he did actually get everything done but only because a judge told him to finish what he had started.
