Mr Hurtt did a great job representing me. I was able to see about 5 other cases prior to my hearing. My hearing went so much better than the others and it was obvious we were much better prepared than any of the others.

So this review is long overdue!! I had the pleasure of having Mr. Johnson as my lawyer in this process of a chapter 7 and helped me step by step, broke it down on a sheet that I used as a checklist and when the time came to go to court (we did it online) he was there with me all the way giving the advice on the process and how the following would go. Very professional in his business and never made me feel like any questions I had were stupid questions. Very realistic and down to earth. I thank you so much for taking away the nerves and staying with me every step of the way when I saw other establishments do not and thanks to my friend for recommending me this establishment with great staff.

Mr. Johnson gave great council. He offered multiple options and thoroughly explained each of them. Staff was respectable and professional both in person and on phone every time. I'd rate the office 4/5 for wheelchair accessibility. It's a comfy historic building meeting ADA requirements, so, you can't expect the over investment such a costly renovation would cost a business that meets basic needs. Highly recommend.

Very professional and helpful in reducing the penalty for my son's traffic ticket. It was very helpful to have local to the North Georgia town where my son was ticketed, because he had personally worked with the city attorney and judge, and was able to get the ticket dismissed and my son's license restored. Mr. Hinman was a lifesaver for our tricky situation!

What a great place! When I first started my bankruptcy journey I started out at a different law firm they would not get back with me and was beyond slow.
