Pros
1
Highly knowledgeable and experienced attorney
“Susan Levy's knowledge of the law is impressive. Her attention to detail is meticulous. Her presence in the courtroom is commanding.”
2
Effective advocacy and achieves positive outcomes for clients
“Susan Levy works at getting better. I have watched her prepare for trial with Jeri Kagel, another wonderful "asset" in this business, and each time she does, she tries to understand how to do things better, to become a better lawyer, to rise to the particular occasion.”
3
Excellent communication and client service
“Daimon, I just wanted to take a few minutes to give you some feedback and let you know that my experience working with you and the firm has been great. You are excellent at what you do. You return calls and emails promptly and you are always available when I need to schedule a call or when I simply have a question and or concern.”
4
Professional, trustworthy, and caring
“Susan has handled cases for me the better part of the last decade and she is certainly one of the best. Her work product is very detailed and she does a great job of providing the best course of action throughout the legal process. I also appreciate her experience and knowledge of the law and the local legal venues.”
5
Highly recommended by clients
“I would highly recommend Susan and her firm.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent service and lack of responsiveness
“The inconsistency is true. He will take your money and pretend that he is doing work that you could've done yourself. I'm not sure why he is in practice? It just goes to show that you don't have to have a passion or education for what you do in today's society. He is unprofessional to say the least. You'll be begging him to provide you with updates and to stay on top of the job because he seems to have better things to do.”
2
Poor handling of client's case and lack of preparation
“Despite wanting three defendants, he stressed the HOA only should be sued. He ended up being wrong. Deposition of HOA Board President. I prepared seven pages of questions, which were a lot of yes/no regarding Board Members, two other parties. I also authorized Mr. Carlton to make it a day and half or two-day deposition. He spent 1.90 hours and only handful of questions. Because Mr. Carlton did not talk to my witnesses and refreshed his memory with documents-exhibits of the complaint he had in his possession, he failed to challenge the HOA President's answers.”
