Before I deployed to Afghanistan, Robert helped me set up my affairs so that my wife and children would be provided for in the event of an unfortunate circumstance. My family situation is more complicated than average, and he designed a trust that was tailored to the task.

I had to have my dad's estate probated and I don't live in GA. Having Robert Turner as my attorney put my mind at ease. I appreciate that I never talked to his secretary or paralegal; I always communicated with him. Sometimes that meant I had to wait for him to get back from court but I was ok with that. He is very knowledgeable and patient explaining things. If I ever need legal assistance again, I will contact Mr. Turner. If he can't help me, I would trust his recommendation.

Robert Turner represented me in an estate matter. He is very knowledgeable and got the work done in a timely manner. My case was difficult and involved fighting among the family. My family had to deal with some serious issues involving a death int the family. My family member that passed away had a complicated estate and Robert Turner was critical in guiding me through the estate tax and income tax issues. The Treasury Department (IRS) was completely unreasonable, and I was not able to make any progress with them. Mr. Turner stepped in and reassured me that the matter would be resolved in my favor, and that the resolution in my favor would just be a matter of time. I was able to relax, and Robert Turner took the weight of the world off me. Mr Turner did resolve the issue in a timely manner. He is a lawyer that I highly recommend!!!

I rarely, if ever, give a review of anything or anyone with 5 stars across the board, but Robert certainly earned it. He did extensive estate planning and set up a trust for us that included stocks, liquid assets, misc. property, real estate and CD's. He worked tirelessly, and we often threw him curveballs, but he was never ruffled and consistently and efficiently had a solution. He literally held our hands while we went through this intimidating process. Robert was 100% professional and knowledgable. Robert guided my sister and I through a very troubling time when my Father's health and memory were failing. He counseled us in planning for my Father's eventual death, set up a living will and other documents that we would not have thought of. On my Father's passing, the probate process was effortless on our part due to the thorough preparation on Robert's part. My sister and I remained amiable and content through a passage that I have seen tear apart so many families. We owe this to the excellent legal counseling we received. I hired this lawyer to remove an Executor of an estate. It was a simple case to replace her with a court appointed administrator. This lawyer simply took a simple case and tried to run up billing fees. I had to hire another attorney to finish the case. My second attorney looked over his work and explained that it was very simplistic and that this should have been before judge months ago and a court appointed administrator should have been appointed. Robert Turner’s work was not usable and very simplistic. He simply was trying to run up billing fees. My second attorney had the executor removed within 2 months. Robert Turner was on the case 10 months with absolutely no progress.
