I initially found James Radford as my representative for my unemployment hearing. He was attentive and supportive during my hearing and after the call, Radford suggested that we proceed with a civil case based on what he had heard. At a place in my life when I needed help, Andrew stepped in and really delivered. He was super knowledgeable and always accessible when I needed his advice through the process. I recommend going with this firm because the workers comp system and insurance companies really play hard ball, so you need someone who is willing to fight for you and be your advocate. I also feel like I got a much higher settlement going with Andrew than if I would have went with one of the “big box firms” (I.e. Morgan and Morgan etc) where I can only assume those guys have to focus more on quantity rather than quality. Overall I’m very pleased with the representation and settlement we reached, and all the help I received along the way. If your job or adjuster is giving you a hard time (and they probably will) reach out to this firm so they can help you.
