La experiencia con Manji Law, P.C. fue vital para nuestro proceso migratorio. En nuestro caso, mi esposo fue el peticionario (ciudadano americano), y yo la aplicante (ciudadana cubana) de una solicitud de visa CR1 para los Estados Unidos. A pesar de que nuestro caso tiene prioridad en estos momentos, la política migratoria para cubanos es extremadamente complicada y angustiosa. No obstante, gracias al apoyo profesional e incluso personal de Jameel y su equipo, nuestro proceso fue exitosamente terminado en un período record de 6 meses (actualmente este proceso para cubanos tarda entre 1 a 3 años aproximandamente). La firma Manji Law, P.C. se encargó específicamente de enviar correctamente y en tiempo toda la documentación necesaria hacia el Centro Nacional de Visas(NVC). Gracias a su trabajo tuvimos la aprobación del NVC en menos de 2 meses luego de que nuestro caso fue creado. Pero eso no fue todo! Jameel continuó ayudándonos espontáneamente con consejos y recomendaciones para poder expeditar mi entrevista en la Embajada de Estados Unidos en Guyana. Satisfactoriamente nuestra entrevista tuvo lugar el 14 de enero de 2020 y pude ingresar a los Estados Unidos el 15 de enero del 2020.
