Let me first say this it is very unfortunate that I find myself writing this review. In spite of the reviews represented here, my experience with Radford and Keebaugh was a quite different one. After seeking legal consultation and representation for an unemployment appeal hearing, I did some research and stumbled upon Radford and Keebaugh. I was very impressed with their reviews. I initially had spoken with April Lee regarding my case. After talking to April about my case, she got back to me after consulting with James. I was told that the particulars of my case met the criteria for me to proceed with an EEOC charge. Mind you, I had no idea what an EEOC charge was or what it entailed. April informed me that James expressed to her that he would represent me at my unemployment hearing in addition to providing me with a discount if I was willing to move forward with filing an EEOC charge. I moved forward. I presented an extensive and thorough collection of documents to help me in my case, and I assumed I would be provided with satisfactory representation for the hearing. Additionally, I assumed I'd be assisted or coached in preparation for the hearing and advised on what to expect. The attorney who represented me at hearing, James, did not speak with me prior to the hearing, nor after. I was cross examined and felt very ill equipped or prepared for the hearing, and I was disappointed because I felt as if I had essentially paid Radford and Keebaugh to represent myself. My unemployment was denied. Nevertheless I moved forward with the EEOC in hopes of a better outcome. April took the lead on my EEOC case. It appeared as if April was confident in the potential results for my case. Although April was nice and tried her best to put my mind at ease in regards to the case, I felt as though the effort and commitment to my case was substandard. After not hearing from April for quite some time, I followed up with April to notify her of my dissatisfaction with dealings of my case. She offered to refund me my money personally, as if she knew that there had been a lack of effort exhausted on their end. Before moving forward with a refund, April insisted she'd speak with James first, and for the first time since I started this process, over a year ago, I actually spoke with James Radford. I was told that I would not be given a refund, and he consistently denied informing April that they'd take my unemployment case on the basis of me filing an EEOC charge. His rebuttal was that the work done on the EEOC was more than what I'd been charged for the unemployment hearing (which doesn't make sense, since he informed me that lawyers don't get paid on the front end of EEOC charges), that I wouldn't receive any type of refund, and that my only option was to go with another attorney if I wanted them to stop working on the case, otherwise, they'd continue to work the case. 3.5 weeks later, I receive a email notice from a legal assistant that I do not know or have any rapport with, that they are "unable to commit to proceeding with a lawsuit." I consider one of several things happened; either I was misinformed by April Lee before taking on Radford and Keebaugh as my legal representation, April was misinformed by James, someone dropped the ball, or I was mislead into paying a fee for the convenience of subpar legal work. Hopefully my review won't be blacklisted and my claims won't simply be refuted. Proceed in hiring this firm at your own discretion.

I had a very good experience with Manji Law. He was very straight forward and always on point with his information. He was Always asking if we had any questions to make sure everything was fine. Not only did he make the whole process of adjustment of status very simple, he is also very nice and forthcoming making sure his clients are comfortable. I was able to trust him very quickly which took lots of pressure off of me. I can 100% recommend him and hire him again.
