Love them ! The best and fast and accurate

Great office!

Merritt & Merritt had one job—call back. And, to their credit, they did. On a Saturday. That alone put them ahead of the pack. But then, the inevitable happened: they promised something and failed to deliver. No follow-up. No explanation. Just silence. Now, a law firm not taking my case? Understandable. Not every firm is equipped for a complex civil rights case against a municipality systematically violating the rights of the poor. But when you say you will do something and do not, you have lied. And lying to a prospective client—not through malice but through sheer indifference—is a mark against your firm’s integrity. Let’s be clear: Statutes of limitations exist. Time matters. If you waste a week of it making empty promises, you are not merely careless—you are an impediment to justice. So, here is the verdict: • Do what you say? 5 stars. • Fail to follow through? 1 star. Justice delayed is justice denied, and if you cannot be bothered to keep your word, you do not deserve a reputation for reliability. 1 star.
