Even though I decided to use someone else this is the ONLY firm that went the extra mile and did a personal intake at our house. Signers be aware of fees if they withdraw!

The ENTIRETY of the following statement is false according to an office representative: Merritt & Merritt, our law firm has earned an excellent reputation for our state and local civil rights work. From handling local civil rights cases involving people injured by police, to handling false arrest cases, or even police brutality involving a death, our attorneys have the knowledge, skill and commitment to handle the most complex cases. The above spells out exactly what I am in search of but was informed they do NOT handle these types of cases. That's fine, but I believe they should remove it from their website all together and only advertise what they actually handle now (not the past). The rep was very pleasant. The 2star is only for misrepresentation. The accomplishments of the Sr. MERRITT with the Civil Rights movement will forever be honored, and warranted the additional star. A man of his servitude is few and far between those who go beyond these days.

They dropped my case I think, because it was not a huge monetary case. They prefer big ticket cases... more for them.
