Very easy to talk and work with and honest ppl I recommend them to anyone

First of all, I was told an attorney would come to me and have me sign the contact. Actually it was a lady who is contracted (I guess) to do intake visits. Finally spoke with the case manager who seemed to casual and not well equipped. Within the first couple of weeks, I would email documents in and not get a response to even let me know she had received my documents. Low and behold when she did reply it WAS NOT IN REFERENCE TO MY CASE- IT WAS REGARDING A DIFFERENT CASE. I tried to get clarification but no response.I left a message with another lady that answered the phone and still didn’t get a response. I reached out to have a supervisor or manager call me. When she called I missed the call, but when I called the supervisor back, the case manager answered right away and fluffed the call. Then not as much as a courtesy call to inform me that they were scared of the case, they dropped a letter in the mail. I’ll be totally honest and transparent. I chose this firm because it is a black owned firm. I am totally disgusted and disappointed! Now I have start trying to decide all over again on a law firm to represent me. I sternly advise against using this agency. Btw. I almost named the Case Manager, but I have a little more class than to do that!!!😡
