“One thing I can say, I felt HEARD and felt like I MATTERED! If I ever have a need of services in this particular area again, I will definitely call her again! I never once felt like just a case to her! Highly recommend her if you are in need of an attorney, especially if you are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate, and in your corner! She is affordable - her legal fees were not extensive, and I really felt like she genuinely cared!”

Some attorneys may not thoroughly review case details prior to consultations
“I had a paid consultation which was very disappointing. I have no issue with the attorney saying I don't have a claim as that's his job. Where I take issue is being asked for supporting documentation and none of it being reviewed ahead of the call. I was then rushed through a complicated situation that displays long-term harassment and told there was nothing that could be done. I felt like I paid $415 and put together hours of documentation for nothing. It was disheartening to say the least.”

Inconsistent responsiveness from some attorneys
“I contacted a few other Law Firms prior and they didn't make it simple, at all. So, I was referred to Scholl Law by a coworker and wasn't sure where to begin or what to expect after my wreck. When I contacted them, Cheryl made the process too easy compared to the others.. Of course these things take time but Cheryl, as well as Vance, stayed in consistent communication with me and kept me up to date on everything.”
