He knows his stuff and works very hard to make sure that you get the service/care you need from day one. I had never been in an accident and didn’t know how low down the insurance game was and was glad to have Mr. Stephens as my attorney. I choose him based off his reviews and it was the best decisions I could have made. He got me in a treatment center within hours of speaking to me and made sure that I focused on getting better while he focused on EVERYTHING else. Every question I had (and I had a ton of questions) he answered, with patience and honesty. He walked me through the process of “how it works and why” at every step and I am grateful for this because it calmed my nerves and allowed me to take comfort in the unknown because he showed me that he had my best interest at the forefront and his position never changed. As much as I disliked the process of being in an accident , at least I know who to call if I ever need him again.

When I was injured on the premises of a resort, I hired LeeAnne Lynch to represent me. As an attorney myself, I had a lot of of options, but I knew LeeAnne's reputation and had seen her represent hundreds of clients with the utmost professionalism and success. LeeAnne got all of the facts and information she needed and went right to work to resolve my case. Her demand letter was so thorough that the insurance company offered to settle the claim immediately. I received my settlement check within five weeks of contacting LeeAnne. I know those results may not be typical, but LeeAnne was so communicative, honest, and thorough, that I never doubted for a second that she would get the best possible outcome for my case. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

The inconsistency is true. He will take your money and pretend that he is doing work that you could've done yourself. I'm not sure why he is in practice? It just goes to show that you don't have to have a passion or education for what you do in today's society. He is unprofessional to say the least. You'll be begging him to provide you with updates and to stay on top of the job because he seems to have better things to do. Look elsewhere. If he has knowledge, I haven't seen it. Anyone can talk a good game until results are proven. Where's his track record? That's what I get for trying new people. Stick with the the high end attorneys who know what they're doing and talking about. You'll be able to tell right away. Be prepared to be ignored. Words from the wise: stay away!

Mrs LeeAnne Lynch handled my case with the absolute best results I could have hoped for. I live out of state and she turned what would have been a mandatory court appearance ticket with multiple other tickets into no court appearance at all with 1 ticket dismissed, 1 reduced to no points, 6 hours driving school, fine & court costs.
