“I had a paid consultation which was very disappointing. I have no issue with the attorney saying I don't have a claim as that's his job. Where I take issue is being asked for supporting documentation and none of it being reviewed ahead of the call.”

“Jewell returned my call a couple of days later. She was professional and polite. The intake asked a ton of questions. She even called back a second time. I was told that I would hear back from someone. I received an email on Monday with no information as to why they could not move forward. I responded not even an hour later asking for clarification so that I could understand. I followed up with another email on Wednesday. I have not received a response.”
