My case was not filed I was informed the lady in which files cases had death in family so mine was not filed. I guess they were too busy playing with the dog in the office too.

Where do I begin? Well I referred a elderly couple I met who were lost the night before and was in a accident the next day. I told them call this number I hear them on the radio all the time and my buddy is a truck driver and said they are highly recommended. Well I made the first call for them and spoke with Senior Client Care Specialists Mrs. Pamela Woods Conley she assured me they were in good hands. Low and behold few weeks later I needed them! Mrs. Pamela made my appointment set me up with Mr. Hagen and the process began. They set up all my appointments with the dr and specialist. Certain things I feel could've been better but I'm happy. Then Zach came along toward the end we talked about some things I didnt like and he listened and fixed them best he could. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do or anyone else I know I got them on speed dial!

They pretend they did work never did ANYTHING after a year

tl;dr: Working with Bruce and his team was a life-changing collaboration. I cannot overstate the value of their experience, discernment, compassion and work ethic. I'm tearing up just trying to do this team justice. Bruce, Amie, Paulina, Jim, Mayra and Scott all helped with my case. I was recommended to Bruce by another member of the cycling community and I'm so glad I took their advice. My collision involved a serious concussion so Bruce personally met with my mom and I to talk about what he & his staff could do for me. I didn't trust myself to make unilateral important decisions and was grateful for his counsel and advice. He located and recommended other medical services to assist with my recovery. His staff was in touch with me weekly and at crucial times, daily. Bruce and his team took a personal interest in my recovery and took my complaints about the physical, mental and emotional repercussions very seriously. They genuinely inquired about my progress and celebrated my milestones with me : first shoulder shrug without pain, first day back at work, first day back on the bike, first bike race since the crash. I am one of the lucky ones - my physical wounds healed relatively quickly. The trauma still hung around, though - Bruce recommended I see a professional to help. Another excellent suggestion and another example of his experience providing benefit to his clients. There were definitely some bad days in the first few hazy months. I couldn't remember how to make coffee or my mom's phone number. It was such a relief to know that I personally didn't have to manage my insurance claims and healthcare bills while in recovery. Bruce's team always had my back and would respond to my inquiries within 24 hours, usually on the same day. When it came time to submit the reports to the guilty party's insurance, Bruce and his team were competent and discerning in their description of the crash. I'm very pleased with the final payout as well. My case was resolved in about a year and I am grateful it was such a short time! Things like this can linger but Bruce and his staff were on top of all the details and worked hard to get my case resolved. Bruce is a supportive and involved member of our cycling community - it was my distinct privilege to work with him and his staff.

This place is AMAZING! I was referred to them by my stepdad and they are excellent. Jennifer is the best! She always keeps me updating on my case status. It honestly feels like family.. they are so helpful. Everyone that I've interacted with is amazing and they are extremely professional. I'm so glad I chose them to represent me. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Great choice, great people!!

My girl was rear ended by a big company almost 3 years ago and we haven’t heard from this law office at all in over 14 months then they call yesterday and said the offer was 2,800.00 lol my car had 9k in damages but the lawyer would receive around 5k for representing her how is this possible to get more than victim seems fishy I also sent my aunt there after her leg was broken in a separate accident by a company vehicle big mistake she called and called for months and they always say let me take your information and your attorney will call you right back her case is also over 2 years old and still going this has to be the worst law firm in America now I used a different law firm 15 years and my case was handle great My old attorney who is now deceased (rip)man he sued everyone who was even around the accident long story short My case was settled in 8 months for 3.2 million he even sued my on insurance company he was very good and couldn’t be bribed by big companies or asked to back down at all I’ve always been against TV lawyers and radio lawyers but after seeing this unfold with my girl and watching how she suffered in pain for months and even lost one her jobs because she could no longer perform the physical duty’s of the job only to be treated like S*** by her lawyer yes I’ve had a pluming bill higher than settlement I’ve even bought suits and shoes that cost more this is just our experience and personal point view if you have 2-5 years to wait for crumbs by all means give them a call but if you care about your future are your family and friends go somewhere where else I’m sure anyone you pick will be better or at the very least they will return your calls
