I would absolutely recommend Hagen Rosskopf LLC to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney. If I could rate them with 4.5 stars I would, because the experience was nearly perfect. And, the parts that weren't perfect are specific to my preferences. So, don't let that 4-star rating deter you from considering this law firm. I felt very confident entrusting them with a case that had affected several years of my life. The results of the case were positive, and throughout the process, they were honest and forthright with all of our discussions, and they never tried to sway me or rush me toward a decision. I hope I never need their help again, but if I did, I would contact them without hesitation!

Bruce was very efficient and effective. Really cares about his clients and their best interests. Not afraid to go to trial though if that’s necessary.

Bruce Hagen of Hagen Rosskopf handled all the legal matters surrounding the injuries I sustained after being struck as a pedestrian by an automobile. His staff was accessible and professional and the final outcome was fair and was reached with a minimum of stress.

Seriously couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My calls and emails were always answered promptly. I was very happy with my results and how fast everything was processed. They held my hand right after my auto accident even found me a doctor! Highly highly recommend!

When my attorney that I had for years had retired he recommended this law firm. I called them and since I live at least 2hr drive away and i dont know much about Decatur. I did all my transaction via phone,email,and regular mail. Needless to say for everything I've needed them for they have answered every question with out fail. I’m honestly surprised at the negative reviews from the last 6 months. My accident was in summer of 2016, and it was my company (Geico) against my company (Geico). Of course, you know that was an uphill battle! However, I’ve never had an issue with getting in touch with my attorney, which was Bruce’s son - Matt. He’s very thorough, and when we didn’t agree on how to proceed, Bruce called and explained further to make sure we were all on the same page. They went to bat for me and got the insurance company to settle for more than 4xs med bills! 👍🏼 Communication is the key to everything! Good firm with good people who understand what the client needs and wants! Thx to all the team players, including Amie!
