Attorney Ben Mozingo came to my defense and quickly resolved a traffic case to my utmost satisfaction and utter relief. So grateful that he was in my corner and able to light the way out for me. Our family chose to utilize the services of attorney, Ben Mozingo, to help our teenage son with a couple of traffic violations that could have suspended his driver's license for an extended period of time. I thank him for listening to my rants and frustrations in regard to an unrightfully-given ticket to me in regards to a car accident I was in. I was not in fault of the accident, but because the two men (rather, CON MEN) involved in my collision knew each other and lied, the officer made up some bogus police report and gave me a ticket, putting fault on me. Those guys chose the wrong woman to mess with. Thank you Mr. Mozingo for your help!

I had a minor car accident coming out of a gas station. I got hit with a traffic citation because I was the one "entering" the roadway. I never had to appear in court and Ben helped reduce my citation to a lesser offense so no points went on my license. The whole process was quick, easy, and super helpful!

Ben is awesome. I remember when I was explaining my traffic citation, the way he explained how it was going to go was exactly how it went! He appeared in court on time, and I was laughing and smiling the whole time! 0 points, payment reduced, and case closed!I love the communication! I had a traffic citation that required a court appearance, but I was overseas. Ben managed to make it payable online, making the entire process easy, fast, and professional. If you want outstanding service, I highly recommend him.

He didn’t just get my ticket reduced to a non moving violation, he moved it to another court where it could languish for two years and make it easier to get the charges reduced! I think thats just super clever! Communication was excellent and everything was done via email and a phone call.
