I hired Mike to handle an administrative matter to terminate probation based on new legislation allowing such an action. I wasn't sure what the outcome would be so the matter was a little speculative, but turned out to be money very well spent. He was able to handle the prosecutor's concerns and obtained consent order to terminate my case. In addition he was able to secure the sealing of my record and order to seal in the same effort. The fixed price legal fee was very reasonable.

I’ve had my share of Lawyers must I say and I don’t think none could’ve just did what Mr.Maloof just did for me..he pulled out law that the D.A knew nothing about..it ended up getting a 10year charge down to a Misdemeanor

Mr. Maloof jr is one of the best lawyers I had to ever had the pleasure Representing me. He did a Fantastic job on my case . I was very pleased with the out come of my verdict in court. Are use my first offender on a aggravated assault charge. I was given no jail time no community service and no fine as well . I had to pay Had 2200.00 in restitution. My Probation will be terminated after one year of me paying my $2200 restitution and my full rights will be granted back to after 90 days after completing my probation. As long as I pay off the restitution with-in one year. He’s a down to earth an funny lawyer that gets straight to the point an is honest and doesn’t beat around the bush... I will hire him any day of the week if I ever need him in the future.
