I was in a situation where I needed a good lawyer, one who could work the courtroom and believed in my case. I have been in and out of jails and prison most of my life. I've always been skeptical about lawyers, never really could afford one, I wanted the money I spend to be with someone who I would feel like my money was well spent. Mike, first and foremost, listened to the details of my case, assessed the situation, gave me realistic possible outcomes on what could happen and was honest and didn't try to sell me a dream. My first court appearance, I was real nervous and apprehensive. As I sat there watching other lawyers and listened as they talked to DA's and other courtroom staff, I didn't feel like they had the same respect as Mike did when speaking with the same courtroom staff. I know there is only so much a lawyer can do, in the end it is up to the judge. As the session progressed, I noticed even the judge respected Mike as he respected her. I understand that good lawyers are always busy and handle a lot of things - paperwork, people, etc. The times I called and he was not available, he always returned my calls within a timely manner. Fortunately for me, my outcome was better than I expected. In the end, looking back at the steps I took to be where I am now, the best step was the first step, when I hired Mike to represent me. If anyone reading this has any doubt in their mind about hiring the right lawyer, I would say to them, after watching Mike in court and how things were handled with me outside of court, I would use him and refer him to anyone. Mr. Maloof is an extremely charasmatic, professional lawyer. He explained to me what was going to happen and what my options were in very simple terms, without any overly complicated legal jargon. He gave me his professional opinion but never pressured me one way or another about my case. Over the two years that I needed his services, he and his team were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Mr. Maloof ended up getting my charges significantly reduced. I received the best deal of anyone I spoke to in similar situations or that was in court that day. I did not fully appreciate the importance of a good lawyer until I saw so many scattered, lackluster lawyers go before me. I can't help but think that their unpreparedness significantly hurt their clients. Mr. Maloof seems to have a good working relationship with all the court officers, prosecutors, and judges in both the Fulton County and DeKalb County courthouses. Overall I would highly recommend Mr. Maloof's services. He made this distressing time as easy as it could be with an outcome that even I didn't think was possible.

From the outset, Attorney Michael Maloof was most professional, patient (as I was desperate), understanding, and very thorough in his assessment of my daughter's case and outlined step-by-step plans for her release. He kept me abreast of every step by text, email and phone calls and advised who of his staff was assigned a particular duty so that he can make the final. He and his staff took 1 day (or a matter of hours) to accomplish the end result--my daughter was released.

I am truly grateful that I was led to Mr. Maloof in my son's time of need!! My son was facing 4 serious criminal felony charges that all carried a minimum 10 yr sentence. This was our first time experiencing something like this and I didn't know where to start or what to do. I spoke with several other lawyers first and none of them felt right. I hired Michael Jr. He was beyond awesome i was having hard times wasnt able to afford the hole fee he worked with me not only got my husband out of jail but OFF PROBATION he is very nice and respectful I thank this man for everything he have done for me and my family!!!
