They are exceptionally responsive to emails and really take the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your legal matter. The lawyers at Williams and Teusink do an excellent job, are professional, and are extremely knowledgeable. As an attorney with my own law practice, I am constantly on the search for other top notch attorneys who I can refer clients to in areas outside my expertise. Horrible firm. Paid $250 for an hour consultation and instead got 20 minutes of a stuttering, uncertain, frustrated young lady who spoke as if she was still in grade school. She gave me basic information That I could have found online. Mr. Teusink emailed me a few days later offering a refund for the horrible / non-existent service I received stating he would offer a refund if I remove all negative reviews which I did. It was obviously a lie on his part because I removed the negative reviews however he proceeded to ignore all communication from me and no refund was issued. The following is an email received from Mr. Teusink: "Sir - I saw your recent review on Google. I have spoken to the associate attorney and can understand why you feel as though you didn't receive good value from our firm. If you would be willing to remove the negative review (and any others you might have posted elsewhere) I would be glad to refund your fee. Let me know if you would consider this to be a reasonable resolution. Regards, Eric M. Teusink" Save your money and steer clear of this firm

Just wanted to share a quick review of the service I received from Gala Villahoz...if you are looking for an attorney to assist you with nuisance abatement or situations regarding ordinance policing, this is the attorney to go with. Ms. Villahoz is a strategic planner who is knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. It was very easy working with her as I sent her what I had and she took it from there. Also, she works along with your speed and your budget. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone looking for relief in this area. Thanks Gala for all your help!
