We had an initial consultation with one of the attorneys at Williams Teusink in December, 2017 regarding an issue we were having with our homeowner’s association. During this consultation, we were told by the attorney that he liked our chances and we had a good case. However, once we paid them the retainer fee, the attorney assigned to us began back-peddling on what he had initially told us during the consultation. It was evident to us he did not thoroughly read the notes we had given him or the community covenants. Had he been diligent in this, our situation might have turned out much better for us. After having the time to really process what he did/did not do, it is apparent he was inexperienced dealing with our type of case. We were not happy to have paid them thousands of dollars to make our situation worse.

David Metzger has been outstanding. Our family had a complex situation, which could have been quite contentious. He assisted and navigated us to a more reasonable outcome than we initially had been confronted with. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.
