I hired Mr. Merritt to help after i was involved in a car accident and was unhappy with the Insurance claim I received. Thankfully Alex & his team helped me recoup my loss. I would highly recommend his practice.

With pleasure I write this review for Mr. Alex Merritt, Partner, DeWoskin Law Firm, LLC. Mr. Merritt provided competent, efficient and responsive legal advice and service for the positive resolution and outcome of my case. Should I need legal services in the future (which I hope will not be necessary), Mr. Merritt would be my “first call” – as I know that he would, again, provide expert legal representation.

Alex Merritt has recent experience as an ADA in Dekalb County, so he knows how that system works and what point of view an ADA for Dekalb County will have. He is persistent and persuasive. He got all my charges dropped without a hearing within a month of hiring him, when my previous attorney did not get that done in the 3 months I had him. He also will not make promises he cannot keep, unlike many criminal defense attorneys.

Even though my charges weren't to severe, I wanted to ensure the best outcome. It took a few years for everything to materialize in the court system, and from start to finish Alex presented me with all the angles and options, and allowed me to arrive at the best outcome. Actually, the outcome turned out to be even better than the good deal that was on the table. So, well done sir, well done. Prices reasonable as well.
