“I didn't have a consult but was giving the lawyer just a brief description of my cause for filing contempt and he was rude. He didn't want me to explain and made expressions as if he was annoyed.”

Lack of attention to client's concerns and documentation
“I have no issue with the attorney saying I don't have a claim as that's his job. Where I take issue is being asked for supporting documentation and none of it being reviewed ahead of the call. I was then rushed through a complicated situation that displays long-term harassment and told there was nothing that could be done.”
