Cons
1
Inconsistent and unresponsive communication
“I'm not sure why he is in practice? It just goes to show that you don't have to have a passion or education for what you do in today's society. He is unprofessional to say the least. You'll be begging him to provide you with updates and to stay on top of the job because he seems to have better things to do.”
2
Lack of preparation and attention to details
“He never spoke to any witnesses, which was crucial to my case. Despite wanting three defendants, he stressed the HOA only should be sued. He ended up being wrong.”
3
Perceived to prioritize opposing party's interests over client's
“It appears as if the HOA Board was Mr. Carlton's client, not me. He seemed to fawn over the HOA President as such a truthful witness.”
4
Unwillingness to take on cases with financial constraints
“As soon as I mentioned that I may not be able to engage his services immediately due to financial constraints, he said, 'good luck' and hung up in my face.”
5
Incompetence and failure to achieve desired results
“This attorney should be disbarred. He has no real clue what he is doing In the court room. I had hard evidence of a police report showing my innocence of a false TPO my landlord took out on me because she was upset I was breaking my lease. This attorney never allowed me to bring up the police report.”
